How do I transfer my resume from MS Word (Windows) to InDesign (Mac)

Hi, I am a newbie here. Just wanting to know if it is possile to transfer documents from MS Word in windows to InDesign, Mac? If it's not and I have to write it up from scratch are there any good tutorials showing how to create a new document in InDesign using style sheets ect.

I am new to InDesign so any help on this subject would be great!!

I've never used Indesign to be honest, but would you really want to do this? Word makes fairly ugly documents, whereas in Indesign you have the power to make a resume that'll stand out from the crowd! My advice is re-write it...
