gradient issues

maybe I'm not looking in the right place, or not doing the right thing. I've added a colour swatch to the gradient bar but I don't want it anymore. I"ve also managed to duplicate it so now I have about 4 gradient swatches. How do I get them off the slider so i'm back to only having one on either end? Please help. It's driving me nuts.

thanks

Don't think it matters up or down, just off the slider area until the swatch disappears, then release.

Man, I feel a song coming on...

Please release me... let me gooooooooo.
For I, don't need you, anymo-or-or-or!
To waste my time would be a sin,
Release me, my swatches, try again.

your hilarious Broach....any chance you had a couple of shots tonight?

Actually in PS it doesn't matter but in Illy 10 and ID 2.0 you can only drag down.
