A Simple Design
This is a quick and simple design done on the eve of Indian festival Ganesh Chaturthi. The image is an interpretation of the Hindu god Ganesha.
I tried to keep it as simple as possible. I am giving it for free download as a greeting. Please do comment and let me know your thoughts.
Thanks.

No one commented yet? How weird... Lol
I think this is great! Perfect for your audience!
I noticed you said "simple" a few times, so if you really did want it to be simple, I'd would eliminate all the effects. No gloss, no reflection, no gradient. But that is to make it more simple. Other than that, great job!

Yes...even i am surprised that isn't much comments on this. Generally i get a nice feedback.
Thanks for the comments. Maybe i overused the word simple I actually wanted it to be a little glossy. I said simple in the sense i didn't want much going with the image apart the character and the background, but i still wanted it to look good and attractive.

Not many may comment because this is an art piece - if you think it looks good then it does. There's no graphic message to crit. Unless you want feedback on specific processes you used to create it - and then you'd have to be more specific with what you're looking for.
Fine art is very subjective, so it's difficult to critique it. Opinions will vary wildly.

Yes Kitch, i guess you are right, there is not much of a graphic message in this. You can say it was mostly done just for self satisfaction.

I see a Mr. Potato head when I look at it, and I honestly have no idea why?
