Xerox Docucolor 260 (HELP)

Printer: Xerox DocuColor 260


I have been through numerous amounts of troubleshooting and wanted to hear your opinions..

Currently we have 5 macs and only 1 can print directly to the 260, the others we have to send through that 1 macs IP (remote) to the 260. Im no pro at printing , and im trying to explain my problem the best I can so bare with me.

Problem 1: Not being able to print DIRECTLY to the 260
Problem 2: When we send to the "ip" it will randomly get stuck on pause.


Now when im looking at my system profiler , the IP version of the 260 is set to IDLE (When not froze on PAUSE), and the DIRECT 260 is set to STOPPED.

This may be too big of a technical problem but with Xerox i wanted to see who else could be obtaining the same problem.

Any suggestions?
