Website examples

Hey all,
I need a good resource that features very simple, cleanly designed sites (preferably CSS). I am trying to jog a client's color/creative palette before I dive into making a comp, and need a few more examples to show them.
Thanks in advance.

I would hardly call group94 or many of the sites listed on favourite simple.

I would call most of group 94's site design simple and clean. The animation is pretty complex, but once you get down to it, it's just a whole lot of for loop generated buttons and function driven animation. Otherwise it's usually clean wipes or fades. The only thing I'm pretty lost on is how they get everything to load so fast.
