In terms of design and user interface, all theme properties will need to be enumerated, and compositions must be generated through programmatic UX design. A modern, sophisticated aesthetic is desired; 3D effects are welcome, provided they are not major resource hogs—instead, a compact SVG format should be utilized. The theme in question is “Dark Ocean Glass,” and it is due for a thorough polish. What steps can I take here? What would help me move this project forward? Strict design consistency is not strictly mandatory, as complete “factories” already exist for all layers and systems; only the development of the theme’s specific design elements is required.
