Just wanted to know the editors opinion, which photos editing application is best for you, Picsart or Canva? Please share your feedback with proper logic.
Photoshop is the standard for professional work. Affinity Photo is also a professional-level photo editor.
The two you mentioned might be adequate for hobbyist or amateur use, but I don’t know which is better for what you have in mind. Unfortunately, neither would work for my purposes.
Photoshop.
Picsart if you’re focused on detailed photo editing and creative image manipulation. It offers more powerful editing tools but can be a bit advanced for casual users.
Canva if you prioritise graphic design, ease of use, and fast results for social media or business. It’s user-friendly and has a large selection of templates but doesn’t provide the deep editing capabilities of Picsart.
As others have said, industry standard is Photoshop. But even the cheapest Adobe package is £10 a month or something. Forever. Affinity make some great software, and as a one-time purchase Affinity Photo is a great option. I’ve never even heard of Picsart, but I knew some people who used Canva. Usually middle-management types, not creatives with any kind of pride in creative work. I’ve heard it’ll get the job done, depending on what the job is, but it wouldn’t make my list of recommended apps for serious designers. Great free option for beginners to practice with though.
I found Canva a bit handy and easy for beginners like me, but found one detailed article regarding Canva vs Picsart where designer genuinely shared his valuable experience.
