I'm a little tired of Adobe

But yeah, this negates everything.

Customer agrees that Adobe may change the type of Software (such as specific components, versions, platforms, languages, etc.) included in the Subscription Edition at any time and shall not be liable to Customer whatsoever for such change.

I think the only legal argument would be unfair exertion of force (I know that’s not the legal term) but that’s a real tenuous thread. Basically, saying you were forced into agreeing to the terms because there is no other (reasonable) way to do the work otherwise. But that never flies. Good chat.
