Every time you turn on your computer, 100’s of apps are searching for your info “to make better personalized suggestions”. The average brand new computer has it’s first Trojan horse within 45 seconds of turning on for the first time.

You should have seen the professor when I told her:

  1. That because there are 4 different historical tests for personal injury to a worker of a company, and
  2. Because each test is often mismatched as to the situation,

Ergo,
no company can be held legally responsible because there is no clear governmental guidance.
