Video Game Splash Screen

I’ve created a BlackJack (21) video game in Unreal Engine 4 I’m at a stage in development where I’d like to create a simple animated splash screen. I need a motion graphics artist to help me create a flashy intro to the video game. My budget is small but this is going to be a 2-6 second animation if not less. Please respond back to me with an estimate about the cost. I’m not a tire kicker post your bottom price please.
