My name is Eden Hensley Silverstein, B.A., B.S., M.B.A., and I am a passionate, high-energy professional able to deliver results in diverse environments with limited resources and aggressive go-to-market schedules. I’ve helped clients across Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Food and Beverage, Health and Wellness, Retail, and Software industries.

I have more than 18 years of strategic marketing and marketing communications experience. Drawing on nine years of experience working with early stage startups, I distill dreams into tangible concepts that come to life through content, conversations, and experiences. Behind the scenes, I establish the groundwork for attracting and nurturing new customers and for retaining existing customers. I define business processes and set up operations with customer relationship management software and marketing automation, such as SalesForce, NetSuite, and Marketo, that will grow with the business.

For over a decade, I’ve been at the forefront of digital marketing, seeing it as a conversation among friends. I specialize in hypothesis testing, establishing benchmarks and identifying variables to track experiments with ongoing campaigns and new initiatives.

I hold Bachelor degrees in Communication and in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Business at Michigan State University. I’ve been speaking, mentoring, and teaching professionally since 1994. I also offer e-courses and customized workshops for teams that want to evaluate their current marketing programs and move from popularity to profitability.
