Adobe to discontinue Creative Cloud Synced files

If you are a Personal User of Adobe CC this is for you (ie not part of an Enterprise or Teams account):

Creative Cloud Synced files are being discontinued. Starting February 1, 2024, Adobe will begin to discontinue Creative Cloud Synced files for all free and paid personal users not associated with a Creative Cloud for Enterprise or a Creative Cloud for Teams business account.

I back up everything automatically to a local network drive using Apple’s Time Machine but have never synced files using Creative Cloud. I wonder how many people use this feature.

You’d be surprised. I received files from it quite often. It’s worse than Dropbox for that.

I never understood how to use it or why. Adobe’s got a cloud. Apple’s got a cloud. Cloud this, cloud that. Too many clouds to keep track of.
