I’ve always been interested in game design but never considered it a realistic option. Took a game design class in undergrad and then put it out of my head for years. Recently graduated with my MFA and while in grad school decided to work on some tabletop game projects and was then inspired by my love of education and games to focus on game-based learning and educational game design for my thesis research and project. I’ve got a couple of games that are almost ready for publication but I want to go the self-publishing route to retain control over everything. Would love to connect with others in the game design and gamification space – tabletop, digital, or other.
