Looks like something built in Minecraft - and the roof still leaks even after millions in restoration.
Ron Burkle bought this pile of crumbling concrete in 2011 for $4.5m and I question its worth now. Certainly not $23m.
Oh and a condition of the loan from public funds to stabilise the structure was to allow public viewing for 12 days per year, binding on all future owners.
