I’m searching for rules for pairing Arabic fonts with Latin (western) fonts. It’s the typography of Latin rules for pairing between many Latin (Western) fonts are the same ?
Do you have any resources for learning Arabic Typography to share?

The rules are more like suggestions and observations about what usually works and usually doesn’t.
Arabic script is very different from Latin type, but the basic principles of design aesthetics remain mostly constant between Arabic and Latin typography.
You might want to ask your question on TypeDrawers.com. Quite a few members of that forum work extensively with both Arabic and Latin typography.
If the pairing looks harmonious then it works, it’s all about the aesthetics.
There are some fonts which have both Arabic and Latin in the same style.
