I completely agree with @Steve_O, so I won’t repeat what he’s already written. However, I think there are deeper fundamental problems.
Your website is confusing. Of course, it makes sense to you because you built it. However, you need to identify your audience, put yourself in their position, and create a website that quickly resonates with them, engages them, and doesn’t leave them with so many questions that they quickly give up and leave.
For example, it took me several minutes to determine what you’re selling: design services, templates, campsites? You mention digital services, but exactly what are they?. Is it only building websites? If so, say you build websites. Otherwise, I would assume you also build apps.
Since I’m confused, I clicked the Services menu item and inferred that you build custom websites (even though the word “website” isn’t even mentioned on the entire page). But I also found out that you create “add-ons” for your websites, including social media setups. What is a social media setup? I could guess, but it would be just that. But wait a minute, I thought you also sell Canva templates, but you don’t mention that here. Are you differentiating between products and services?
You also link to Etsy, where you sell website templates, but you don’t even bother to mention the specs for these websites. Are they just HTML/CSS pages? Are they templates for a CMS? If so, what CMS?
I have no idea what Camino Web is. Seriously, no idea whatsoever, yet you seem to assume everyone will already know. Perhaps everyone in Belgium knows, but your website is available in English, Dutch, French, and Spanish, so you’re speaking to an international audience. Yet, you seem to assume your audience is just like you. Maybe I’m just naive, but it’s still a mistake not to provide basic information. Well, wait a minute. I just clicked the menu item titled “About” to read about you or your company. It’s there, rather than on the Camino Web part of the site, where you explain that it’s a pilgrimage that you’re passionate about.
I could go on, but I’ll finish with this. On your about page, you mention that you “serve clients” with “clear communication.” I’m sorry, but judging from your website, you really need to work on that clear communication.
You might think, I’m trashing everything, but I don’t mean to do that. I think you’re building something — a business — that could work. Still, you need to pull everything together into a cohesive whole that is clear, targeted, and built in a way that clearly and effectively addresses your target audience’s needs and desires; otherwise, they’ll simply leave.
