Going only on what you’ve said about typeface pairings, I hesitate to offer any opinions since I would base them on assumptions about what you haven’t told us about how these will be used; the nature, personality, and location of the lofts; the target demographic; etc. Or perhaps this is a school assignment, in which case, I’d give you a much different response.
