Hi I am a UK based retail jr graphic designer I recently completed my portfolio and wanted to have a genuine feedback also i am struggling to land interviews.

If I am not honest, I won’t do you any good. The truth of the matter is that your website is rather un-engaging and forgettable.
There is a lack of personal branding or personal style. Yes, I know the arguments against such things, but the home page is very generic. You don’t even have your name on the home page.
The Home Work Contact in the black bar all appear to link to the home page.
You need something right off the bat to grab attention. I’d rather see some killer work samples than your portrait.
I think you’d benefit from a real portrait instead of a selfie. I’m not into fashion, so maybe your coat is the epitome of haute couture, but, at least to my eye, the giant lapels make your head look really small.
You need a portfolio section that is clear and easy to navigate. Maybe it’s just because the Work link isn’t working, but you’re making me work too hard to get an idea of your skills.
All of that said, the biggest red flag is on the Print — MFs page. You have a screen capturing showing the grid layout. It appears you laid out a catalog in Photoshop. Photoshop is 100% the wrong tool for page layout. This alone would disqualify you from further consideration in my book.

Thank you so much for taking out time and giving me a constructive feedback, I thought boring works in retail more work focused but yeah i think what youre saying is right i would like to improvise it thanks again.
I have seen your portfolio, and you have some gems hide you are not showing them. I mean your illustrations … Maybe more than that, why don’t you show them on the front ? This can be a path too. An example, an illustrator. This could open opportunities for you !
