I’m a student, have a typical CC subscription with all 45 of the programs that can be activated on two computers (not at the same time). If I wanted a third computer to have just Adobe PS at the student price, that can be opened simultaneously, is that even possible? I checked my Adobe account settings and didn’t see any option like this.
AFAIK, you would have to buy that second subscription under a different Adobe ID.

There’s always the option of contacting Adobe directly to see if they will give you a deal of some kind or tell you how to set that up. We can guess.
