Combining two SVG into a new picture

well i have this graph on a svg-file - t is stored as svg-formate:

the question is: can i add this as an overlay to another svg-file?

guess that this is possible?!

Hi Hello !, yes you can but you need to make sure that the other file is a svg and also you will need to do this with a vector program (like illustrator) not with a raster program (like photoshop, etc…)
