Create landscape art work

Hello,

I want to create a landscape art work like those in a game called (artillerists), but i’m not good in Photoshop, so does any one know a software to create similar images. i mean to create them in 3D then render them to images.

Hmm! I’d probably try Unity3D. Not sure if you can render out of it, but you can create landscapes, and it should be free.
