Sometimes the easiest ones are the ones offered by the hosting company you are using. Once, I tried the builder from GoDaddy for a client that didn’t have much money to spend, and it was super easy to set up. It was free with the cost of the domain, and very basic, but also very user friendly for the basic stuff. Next would be probably Wix, and then WordPress.
