Election campaign visual identity

Despite whatever political leanings you might have, 28-year-old newcomer to politics, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ran a remarkable and improbable campaign that defeated the long-standing incumbent in New York’s 14th congressional district last week.

At least part of her success was due to some savvy visual branding aimed directly at a receptive target audience. Here’s a link to how that part of the story came to be:

Damn. What a great story of successful graphic design. Having one of the best head shots ever to work with surely helped, but the rest of it is just as good.

Our company tries not to hold stances politically but we did have fun with the last election.
