After watching numerous tutorials and spending at least a couple days at it, I feel like I’ve finally got the pen tool down to a point where I know what to expect with each click 
That’s all. Just need to tell someone I’m proud of myself.

Congratulations! Using the pen tool becomes second nature after awhile. It’s sort of like riding a bike. Once you get the hang of it, it’s simple.
