Looks like a squeezed up versoin of Swiss 721.
Might be a good starting point to start looking around this.

If that word was typed from a font, it’s a terrible font. Then again, there are plenty of really bad-looking fonts out there. The crude, amateurish-looking letters make me think someone who didn’t quite know what they were doing drew it themselves.
