Font family name is not showing

When I install fonts some fonts family showing this symbol.

What’s the error?
How can I solve this?

What application/program are you using that doesn’t show the fonts? Windows or Macintosh? What type of font: Postscript, TrueType, OpenType, Variable?

I’m using Photoshop, Illustrator
It’s Windows 10
I tried RehnCondensed font.

Are these fonts downloaded from a website? It is my understanding that the nesting of fonts as styles in this drop-down menu is managed by the metadata in the font files.
