Font ID Help -- AKA Calling RKK

I’ve tried my usual font id tools. I’m getting some close results, but nothing dead on. TIA.

Wow. And, at the risk of sounding like a kiss up, I mean that “wow” with awe and respect. When I couldn’t find it, I thought it might be custom given the unusual serifs on the H. Thank you!
