I have a client that wants me to match these fonts, see attached.
What the font cannot identify them.

I don’t recognize those fonts specifically, but they look like offerings from Letterhead Fonts.

Beardsons seems to be a reasonably good match for Speakeasy. The letters in the smaller words appear to be something else, at least some of them. On a sign like this, the letters might be based on a typeface, but modified by the designer to fit. Try searching for Victorian fonts.
