Is there any other free decent(at least up to 10GB storage and great security) file sync. and cloud back up solution other than Google Backup and Sync?

Everything free, including Google, is worth exactly what you pay for it.

You could look at Trello, I’m not sure of their file size maxes, but it’s a handy tool for collaborating. And it’s free.
