Um, the overall idea is workable but most all the elements are weak.
Did you study bubble style lettering?
Thought I’d seen that O before…

You are doing graffiti then go and throw in machine perfect dollar signs?

Good point PrintDriver - you might get away with a grafitti font but the dollar signs in Myriad Pro need to be changed.
