Get a web addy and space and build your own or have a professional build one for you 
If that is not a possibility, Behance seems to be very popular with today’s Graphic Design crowd. It’s a free option.
There are other sites that you can also build yourself with templates such as Wix or Weebly. They come with monthly or yearly fees.
I have never used any of these so I can’t give a preference. These are just the main ones I’ve heard about. Maybe others will have more suggestions.

While Wix is better now, there was a long time where it was the buggiest, unviewable piece of junk out there.
