Help for open pct file

hi guys. how to open and convert pct file in windows??
i tray and can’t open by photoshop cc 2018

I need to dds or gta to make changes to the file and convert it to pct again

Well, opening it (to view its contents) is one thing, and for that I’d try File Magic.

As for:

Although I have no idea what it means “to dds or gta,” I’d wager you won’t find a way to save back to .pct on the Windows platform.

These pct files are related to the snowrunner game and I want to convert to dds or tga because it opens easily in Photoshop.
