The lawsuit doesn’t record what the reaction of Hertz executives was to that particular demand but we suspect it would have included post-watershed language.

Wow. I would not be surprised if Hertz is the one who had these articles written so they could throw shade on Accenture. I wonder if the lawsuit is ongoing…
