They say you need an invitation from other users on dribbble to become pro,I didn’t get any invitation on dribbble ,but got this massage recently,doe’s this mean my profile is now can be seen by other users and its pro?

They have done away with the invite system as far as I know. So, I would say that means people can find you on Dribble now.
I realize you might be using a translator, but for future reference the word you are looking for is “message” not massage.
Massage means getting your back and shoulders rubbed.
