How to choose a monitor for optimum performance?

Which would be a better choice if I want to specialize in corporate identity, UI and web design?

I don’t think it matters much. Both of your options look practically identical, either would suffice.

For corporate identity, you don’t rely on your monitor for branding color/look anyway. That should all be standardized using color standards, not your monitor.

UI and web design? Sort of the same. Every viewer’s device will display the colors differently anyway.

Now if you were doing image retouching or files for print, you might want something where you can control the calibration a bit better, but that would cost you more money.
