How to create these patterns (PS action/overlay?)

Hi I’m looking for a PS action or pattern overlays to create these two patterns. I’ve been googling (vichy, argyle, tartan pattern) but cannot seem to find these specific patterns.

Any ideas or links to what I’m looking for? Thanks a bunch!!

no specific action or pattern overlay required, simply step and repeat diagonal lines.

Sure you can do that but too much of a hassle in my opinion.
