You’re definitely right, it’s very close to Cowboy Hippie but just slightly off. It looks incredibly similar to Sintex (specifically the bold or black weight). The way the ‘A’, ‘R’, and ‘C’ curve match perfectly to the sign in the photo. If it’s not an exact match, it might be a customized version of it, but Sintex is definitely the closest alternative to Cowboy Hippie for this specific retro look.
