I hate …

I love people who hate people who hate people who hate people.

The Pandora’s box is now open. It all started with a little piece of scotch tape stuck on the table.

Why is there a “like” option in a thread that says “I hate …”?

That’s why.

What good is your hate if I can’t like it?

@HotButton’s post did remind me of one of my biggest pet peeves . . .

Honda CRVs? I kid. I kid. I assume you mean people driving in the fast lane instead of moving over.

Any manor of left lane / fast lane / passing lane sins.

I hate when I pick up my cup to take the last sip of tea/coffee and realized I already did.

… or maybe that’s more disappointment.

I hate picking up my coffee and taking a big gulp out it, only for my wife to tell me the dog has been licking it.

Eeeeek!

I hate trying to find a small particle like a small pill or a grain of rice that falls on a granite patterned kitchen counter.

I hate when clients order boxes (packaging world) and expect them in-hand in 2-3 business days, when their artwork isn’t even set up properly to begin with–despite giving them a very clear guide and interactive PDF check off list to make it as easy as possible.

Unfortunately very common. We just added ECommerce so I’m a little terrified for people to upload their own artwork and submit. We have dpi checks and bleed checks in place but still… eek.

Good Spirit,
Dealing with different people gives us deep learning of a variety of temperaments. So love human beings and learn their psychology. Human beings are not that bad, it’s only our negative perception.
We should learn to hear and help others in their distress.
We should be philanthropic.

Have good times,

Ah but this is the thread to vent our frustrations in order to appear philanthropic in public.

Philanthropic? Why? This is a Hate thread.

Hi Eriskay,
Acknowledged that it is a hate thread.
If taken in a broader perspective, it means what things we hate and how we can overcome undue hate.
There are some things we must hate. But we should have a clear idea of the entities which definitely deserve our hate.
This is what I got from this thread. If any other implication, please share.

Best times,

Obviously you never had someone stick remnant scotch tape on your work surface for a long period of time. See my original post.

… when someone asks to use your work station (work or home) for “just a few minutes”. I really don’t want to come back five hours later and find my desktop rearranged, all sorts of mysterious downloads, and my browser history two miles long.

On top of my screen smudged with fingerprints.

Customer enters my department. I am looking at my 32" monitor at a washing machine. My apron says appliance specialist with my name in 4" lettering “BILL”. I am wearing a whirlpool shirt surrounded by washers and dryers. Customer “Hey bud are you in appliances.” Last week I broke and responded “Nope I’m Bill in lumber.”
