I need raw real estate photos for editing practice

Hey Everyone! ..Im not sure if anyone would be willing to do this , but i figured it is worth a shot asking! I am trying to improve my editing skills and build my image editing portfolio. I am in need of at least 10 RAW image files of real estate photography. I have my share of beauty images , fashion images and i would to branch and test my skills in real estate! I am trying to find images online but most of them are already edited and compressed , and i prefer asking someone directly for images (if they agree) so there is more transparency  Thank you!

Only ten? Why don’t you shoot them yourself in your area? That’s what I’d do to practise. (I don’t have any either.)

Better off joining some photography forums and asking there, like FlickR — I don’t really know any to be honest. But good luck with your search.

Good luck with this — real estate is a good area to practise in, because the editing problems are so specific.

I would back Joe’s suggestion, even if it feels like extra work. Shooting ten rooms yourself, even just in your own home or a friend’s, gives you the exact problems you need to learn: mixed light from windows, verticals leaning, colour casts from lamps, and blown-out windows. Practising on someone else’s RAW files is useful, but you learn faster when you know what the room actually looked like.

If you do shoot them yourself, try bracketing a few shots of the same room — one exposed for the interior, one for the window — so you can practise blending them, and shoot straight-on to the wall so you can practise correcting verticals. Those two skills are most of real estate editing.

And if someone here does share files with you, just agree up front that they are for practice only, not for your portfolio or for client work, unless they say otherwise. That keeps it clear for both sides.
