When I’ve had to set up ID files in a language that doesn’t use western characters, I’ve hired the work out through upwork.com. I’ve had good luck finding bilingual designers that are pretty affordable.

Hello, I am also a print and digital publication designer. I got book layout design project which is in Hebrew Language. I have watched few video tutorials to setup indesign for Hebrew but I don’t fined/see similar option in my indesign CC2020.
