One of my clients used to have an in-house person. This person designed a poster, and the client now wants me to work on it. An admin person sent me the InDesign file. I emailed back asking her to package it up so I’d get the fonts and photos. I sent a link to a video about how to use the package command. Admin emailed back and said they don’t have the package command option and that their InDesign looked nothing like the InDesign in the video. She sent me the attached screen capture. Does this look familiar to anyone? Is that a tablet it’s running on? I need to get the assets, but I don’t know what’s going on here.
A tablet or a touch screen computer.
The workspace is set to Touch (upper right corner). Set it to Essentials instead. Then see if you can package.
