Could someone suggest me any software/tool which could alone be used for viewing cdr/jpg/eps/pdf /ai file ? As a designer my PC has lot of them, and I need to organize them. like Picasa for jpg management.

I never think of Bridge, I never use it, good one.
Bridge also lets you assign keywords to files and batches of files without having to open them. Makes it easier to locate them with Finder.
