Lead finding agency, sales rep

I was wondering whether there are any agencies or sales rep who find prospects and leads for graphic designers in return of commissions. I’m not talking about crowd sourcing sites like ** contest site removed ** I mean websites which try to find suitable clients for a certain designers without involving anyone else trying to underbid. A few such examples would be great.

Most of these sources help find you true design gigs (freelance, full-time or part-time).
