I build logo on my own with Adobe Illustrator but i have some issues with it.
On small screens the logo looks great but on PC and generally bigger screens the edges of the letters are jagged/serrated. How can i fix this?

What format did you save it as and what resolution. The larger you scale a pixel image to more jagged it will be
Vector artwork isn’t resolution-dependent and rasterizes to the resolution of the output device — including the higher resolution of whatever display you’re using.
In other words, what you’ve described shouldn’t be happening unless you’ve (1) rasterized the vector artwork to a bitmap, (2) have a lower-resolution larger display, or (3) you’re viewing a low-resolution preview in a second application, such as imported artwork into InDesign.
