Looking for a Partner to Share Upwork Design Proje

Hi all,

I’m seeking a reliable partner to collaborate on design projects sourced from Upwork—specifically logos and banners.

Here’s the arrangement:

You handle finding clients and managing communication.

I manage project execution via a pool of vetted freelancers who deliver quality work efficiently.

We split the profit 50/50 after covering freelancer costs—no specific pricing is mentioned.

This model offers:

Passive income without handling the design work.

Reliable, high-quality output from managed freelancers.

Clear, transparent collaboration.

If you’re interested, please reply below or send me a private message. Looking forward to potentially building something great together!

I have two thoughts on your proposal. First, how is it passive income if I have to actively find clients and actively manage communication? Second, why would I want to outsource the part of the job I actually enjoy doing? (And, yes, I am familiar with Chris Do.)

Hey, I get your points — I probably didn’t explain it well enough.
This isn’t about making passive income in the literal “do nothing and earn” sense. It’s about leveraging your ability to land clients and turning that into more income without taking on extra workload.

You’d keep doing the part you enjoy — talking to clients, closing deals, building relationships. I handle all project management, hiring skilled but cost-effective specialists, and ensuring deadlines and quality. That way, you can scale up the number of projects without burning out, and we split the profits fairly.

Think of it as you becoming the “face” and deal-maker, while I’m the behind-the-scenes engine that makes everything run smoothly.

Sounds like you want an “agent.” Usually an agent’s clients pay THEM to find work for them to do.
Or a Sales Rep, who you’d also pay commission to on top of paying to find you clients.

That’s a salesman. Sorry that’s not the role of a graphic designer.
