I’m looking for a simple quiz app that I can integrate into my company’s (Squarespace) website or share the quiz via a URL to the site.
As far as design features go, we will need to be able to upload a different image for each individual page on the quiz. The quiz itself will be simple but we need it to have that design capability.
The app does not need to be free.
Any recommendations for a quiz app or direction on where I can look for a quiz app would help immensely, thank you.
