MacTable from ScanCo

Anybody else remember the MacTable from ScanCo? I don’t know how practical the adjustable panels would have been in real life, but I sure thought this was the bee’s knees back in the day. Would have loved to have one, but I could’t afford it at the time.

Never saw a desk like that. At the time, we could barely afford the computer!
Since this is the first Macintosh, I’m not sure how useful any of those tilt panels would be.

I started with an Apple II Plus in 1979 with an outboard monochrome green monitor and two 5.25 floppy drives, then used the component console models with color monitors for a long time, then the PowerMacs (towers). Never liked the all in one monitor things. Ever. (Besides, the bondi blue was :face_vomiting: -inducing and the iMacs were too hard to get into and too limited in space to upgrade.)
