I walked through my family room the other day, and my daughter-in-law was watching The Office — a show she’s watched over and over. It got me thinking about sit-coms.

Hmmm, maybe MASH or the old Mary Tyler Moore show.
I don’t think I have any favorites. I watched The Office a few times, but it never really stuck. I don’t watch much television unless it shows up on Netflix. Edit: Others below mentioned Fawlty Towers, and yes, that’s one sitcom I did love and watched every episode, but there were only what, a dozen of them.
I don’t think so. I doubt there are any where I’ve seen more than a few of the episodes. Maybe the old MASH series I mentioned. I used to watch that with my Dad when it was in reruns.
The Mary Tyler Moore theme song, I guess. I’m struggling with this one — I can only think of one or two.

The Brady Bunch, Any show with Lucille Ball in it and the Carol Burnett Show and just about any Brit Com out there especially Monty Python.

Like them both … but Munsters will always edge ahead a bit. We used to call my Mom and Dad, Herman & Lily. He was 6’ 2’’ and she was 5’ 2’’ with long Auburn Brown hair. He had a flat top

As a kid? Hmmm … I think the first sitcom I really enjoyed as a kid was Mork and Mindy

Arrested Development. Its had its ups and downs, but it’s still pretty solid.

Addams Family . . . I really like Gomez’s attitude and zest.

I think it changed yearly. How about the old Adam West Batman? Gilligan’s Island was a constant. Does Dark Shadows count as a sitcom? LOL.

MASH. I stopped watching TV somewhere in the mid-80s so no recent adult sitcoms.

Probably MASH though I may have missed some of the last season.

Most definitely Addams Family. Who wouldn’t want a train set with explosives! It was funny as a kid for the characters. If you get a chance to watch it as an adult, the dialogue is killer.
