Hello everyone! I have a picture of a mouse and need to make its tail swing from side to side. How can I make this effect and what software is better to use? Thank you!
Animations are a series of layers. Each layer slightly different. I’ve seen some very simple two image animations which you could probably get away with if you just want a tail moving back and forth 
I’m partial to Image Ready which is now inside of Photoshop I believe.
I also used Ulead years ago and it was pretty good.
There are several free apps out there as well … but I have never used any of them. You would just have to give them a go to see if you liked them.
