Your questions are a bit frustrating. Most longer-term participants on this forum are professional designers (along with a few newbies and amateurs). Some of us design websites for a living, yet you’re asking what we like, which is irrelevant. Appealing to your customers and potential customers in ways that best achieve your goals is what matters.
You haven’t provided any information that would help us to address your questions in a way that considers your business’s and your customers’ specific needs. Every business is different, and those unique differences and challenges add up to the problems one must consider when designing a website that works best for each.
Is this your current website: theneonbrothers.com? If so, I can infer a lot about the problems you’re running into. I can also make preliminary guesses about the thinking that led your company to the website you have now. However, I’m hesitant to say more since I don’t know if the website I found is yours. However, I will say that clutter is usually counterproductive, and whatever circumstances and mindset that led to that clutter need to change.
I hope you’re working with professional designers and developers to analyze your and your customer’s needs. You won’t get enough feedback here to be a substitute for that.
